Everytime i pay and i never get my money when i do i back out the game and i come back in i don't have my money ? .... this gameis a scam and i will not let this lay . game taken my money and when i win or leave game come back it is gone. Scam money grabers

Wait a minute... are you saying that you have paid to buy chips, and that you don't win those chips in real money? Or you can't see your winnings in your chips amount? Please, explain this thing better!

Well, it's a game bug! You can fill a Bug Report in-game (Menu - Options - Bug icon - Chips Error) explaining when and where you've got this issue, but I'm sure DL's devs are reading this topic and will answer you as soon as possible! :)
Let's hope you'll have all fixed soon!

Please realize that the poker game is a sit and go tournament format--you do not keep the chips you have at the poker table, but rather the game goes until everyone has been eliminated, and then chips are given to the top 3 finishers (if it was a 6 player game). For the 5K buy-in game, the payouts are (I believe) 2500 for 3rd, 7500 for 2nd, and 17500 for 1st. If you leave the game before all players are eliminated (or if you disconnect), you don't receive any winnings. In the case of a disconnect, you can submit a chip error request and be refunded your buy-in amount.

So if you had 150,000 tournament chips and quit the game, you don't get to keep those chips. Think about it--if you are given 50,000 chips when the tournament starts (for 5000 buyin) and you got to keep them then I would start a game and quit immediately every time and realize a 10x return on my investment, which makes no sense.

Sweetie, take a deep breath. The kind folks here were asking for details, not casting aspersions on your character. I think the phrase "we didn't understand what you said, please explain" was fairly clear.

Send an email to the devs with details. An example of details it might be a good idea to include:

On such and such a date I paid $19.99 for a chip pack. My chips were X amount before buying the chip pack, and after buying the chip pack they remained at X amount. Here is a copy of my steam receipt showing the purchase was successful and the funds were debited from my account.

On such and such a date I played a poker game with six players. When I sat down I had X chips. I won the game (or came in second or third) but did not receive my payout. My chips after the game were X - $5000.00.

Do you see the difference in those statements from what you were originally posting? Do you perhaps see how they might be easier for the Devs to investigate and resolve?
