I placed 80k bets on the number 12 in craps in high rollers, after 4 or 5 rolls I hit 12 but the table did not pay me, oddly it didnt take my 80k bet off the table either, it was like the roll never happened, so I rolled again and obviously did not hit 12 again, it took the 80k bet, I submitted a complaint about this via the chip refund tab, I was refunded 80k but not the amount I had fairly won (12 is a 30 to 1 bet in craps, i should have won 2.4 million) a scam or glitch i don't know but i do think it is very unfair that i did not receive what i fairly won. I have re-submitted a complaint via chip refund about this and i am waiting on the response.. what do you all think? on one hand i was refunded 80k but on the other i did not get what I had actually won.

Exact same thing happened to me and a few of my friends on XBOX at roulette. I did reach out to DigitalLeisure who refunded the bet but not the amount of money I had won. Their reply was : "In most cases we are only able to refund the lost bet or buy-in amount and not expected or potential winnings. Apologies for the inconvenience." I'm pretty sure you will get the same generic response. This "glitch" is all too convenient for the DVs. I have been reaching out to Microsoft who, to my surprise, were prompt and assured me they were looking into that. Will be following up very soon as I have other documentation to submit. I suggest you do the same with Steam. Despite my writing back to the DVs, they just refuse to even look into it further. Not that I haven't tried.

that is very interesting and I thank you for the response, I have had my original complaint happen to me twice on the same craps table in high rollers, the second time I bet 80k on 11 and it hit but did not pay me, they refunded the 80k bet, but not what I had won, telling me it "did not match their records"

I do not know why they would not pay out for the win every big win has a ID number. So they would know what you won.

Yeah... generic-all-too-convenient reply... well according to the answer I got it's like they don't keep records at all. Good thing these guys don't run a real casino. Sigh.
