Server status
I can't connect, the logging in symbol that usually appears in the bottom right doesn't even show up but a message eventually pops up to come here to check the server status but there is no pinned "server status" message to let anyone know. Is there an issue that's affecting multiple users or is it just me? I validated all files like the FAQs suggested and it only fixed my issue of being able to click on the menu options like settings on the main page. Thanks.

It also said to disable firewalls and try again and still nothing, same error.

The servers are up and running. Did you get a specific error code? Usually a 10XX number.

I am unable to log in as it wont let me put my password into the screen. Every time I try it flashes back to my email address which is correct. It just wont allow me to input anything in the password box.

By flash back, do you mean it's highlighting the text in that field? It should only show an "invalid email address" if the email address is not registering as a valid email, and not flash back - or show you an error after attempting to log in.

What might be happening is something is that some input is getting read from a keyboard, controller, or some other device that is switching between the fields like when you hit the tab key. If you have any controllers connected, try unplugging them.

You were right it a controller problem... My daughter used my computer and left a black widow controller plugged in... I unplugged it and I was able to log in... Thank you for your help.

This issue happens to me but I have nothing else plugged in. It works fine for everything else, it just bugs out out whenever I am on the login screen
