As for a refund keep hounding them for your chips back. I wish they'd give RP for DC games but they won't.
I have sent you a bug report not a chip request. As I allready mentioned, the chips are not so important as I have lost so many of them caused by bugs and disregarding any probabilities through the games. Whatever I have sent you till today if email or bug report I have been ignored by DL. This here is the 1st reaction to my issues. Thx for this Courtney.
The first is the bug reports - generally we don't reply to these unless we can confirm the bug and/or need additional information. Even if you personally aren't concerned about lost chips, I do want to reiterate for others that we are happy to refund buy-ins lost due to disconnects if you fill out a chip request. Unfortunately we cannot grant RP for the same reason we cannot credit for anticipated wins - we cannot say what the results of the game may have been if you weren't disconnected. If you have proof of the win (either screenshots or a link to video) you can send it to techsupport@digitalleisure.com along with your username and a description of what happened (with as much detail as possible) and we can determine what needs to be done on a more individual basis.
For the disconnects themselves - please accept my apologies, as I know that can be frustrating. Unfortunately, ther internet is the internet, and things can happen anywhere along the line. All of those codes are different ways to say that your computer was unable to talk to our server. This could have happened due to a temporary blip in your internet, or perhaps our service provider encountered a momentary issue. It can happen occasionally in any online game. Our servers aren't showing any mass disconnects, so it's likely something happening somewhere further down the line.
As long as you are able to reconnect, everything should be fine. (Although, again, please file a chip request so we can refund any lost buy-ins.) If you are unable to reconnect for some time after the disconnect, or if you are disconnected consistently when performing a particular action in-game, please email us at techsupport@digitalleisure.com, as that may indicate a more serious issue.
