Doesnt work with Proton on Linux

I tested this game on a debian-based Linux Mint with Proton Experimental and Proton 8.
If i start with Proton 8 it shows me an error message with only "fatal error".
If i start with Proton Exp. the Game starts and allows me to play the first level in a multiplayer. If i enter the door for the second level i get a black screen and the game freezes.
The singleplayer version froozes instantly and im not able to play the first level. The loading screen freezes.

yee, but why? even cyberpunk 2077 works on proton linux (im not a game dev)

The main problem is Unreal Engine 5 that can't be work correctly with Linux system

thought they support linux. but before you added the new coop, the game started. i would wait till alpha release or smth
