You can manually go to the .exe file and set the resolution to be 640x480. This will make the game run fullscreen.

I can help go to steamapps folder > common > YDKJ_MOVIES

right click the exe. > properties > compatibility tab > then within the setting section click the "run in 640 x 480 screen resolution" > press apply

Launch the game and you are done. Works with all the other old ones as well.
