Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

My grandpa knows quietus or which is your favorite discipline
Let's just assume for a second that you can pick one discipline known by the 13 major clans of VtM and use it in your everyday life as a human being. Which one would it be and how would you use it?

Seduction! So I could make people do whatever I want.

There's no "Seduction" Discipline. There's Dominate which, as the name implies, allows you to mind control people and Presence which is similar but more subtle. Rather than saying "Give me your money" (Dominate), you appear as the most wonderful person who ever lived and the other person would be a fool if s/he didn't give you his/her money(Presence).

Anyway, it's a tie for me. I can't choose between Chymerstry; the ability to shape reality; Dominate, Presence; because it's more subtle; and Vicissitude; the ability to shape flesh as if it is clay.

Ya, I couldn't remember what it was called.
Obfuscate.

I second Obfuscate!

Thaumaturgy, to control and manipulate the crimson river, to choose whether to exsanguinate or detonate one's foes, to wield disturbing, nearly limitless power every other clan envies and craves for.

Dementia might be a lot of fun

Thamaturgy, Old World of Darkness, with the various paths, so I could make the trees live, call upon lightning and flame, summon elementals, and choose between life and death.

ANY discipline and I can use it in everyday life?

Oohhh....Tough call....

Probably Celerity. I'd make for a fantastic courier.

Not to mention I could utterly demolish anyone at any video game that requires reflexes.

The downside is I'd abuse it so much that I'd be living in slow motion half the time...That coudl suck, actually.

Eh, maybe I'd just go with Dominate and use it to get myself hired at a nice, easy job. Or maybe run for office!

You - Will - Vote - For - ME! :D

If I were a superhero of some kind, though, I'd DEFINITELY go with Celerity. Super speed is simply the best. Makes any fight a piece of cake.

I would have to say dominate would be both a practicle and fun one.

Magica Sanguinis.

Dominate. Making the people I hate commit suicide would be fun.

This will be the second time I correct someone regarding the Disciplines and it's starting to make me feel like a party-pooper but...
One of the rules of Dominate is that you can't order the victim to make an action that is inherently bad for itself such as "jump off a building". Yes, Bloodlines screwed that up
However, Dominate 7 allows you to shut down body parts of the victim such as the heart.
