R.I.P. 113 Members of Sabbat, Heather Poe and 2 random nameless victims.
I only managed to find this information online so I cannot confirm if it works myself, but try to set "G.Heather_Indoors =" to 1 in the console.
However, keep in mind that she cant get you the body-armor if she stays inside, but in the plus patch you can get it from Mercurio when you start the blood hunt quest.
But if it's simply a reskin of Heather then no, it would not be in conflict with the Plus Patch. I got a few Heather outfits myself aye using the VTMB Companion Mod, so I can basicly switch between the outfits, plus a lot of other fun tools.
It's very rare that something which changes the game's visual content (Textures) would be in conflict as you basicly just "replace" the original design, a few "rare" expections can ofcourse happen, corrupt files, placing them at an invalid path/name while you delete the original files and so on. I've never had a problem with texture related mods for VTMB, yet just always remember to backup just in case^^
Alternatively there probably could have been a marksmen and celerity save, where she's still injuried but lives.
The gun convo option could have also triggered a quest where if you get her the basic marksman book, a gun, and some ammo for it, it could have triggered an alternate scene where as your aproaching the Sabat hide out you see her being pursued by a group of them.
