Carnival of Death - Strange man
Decided to do another playthrough of this lovely game. When going to the scrapyard to finish up the "Carnival of Death" questline, there was a man in front of me when I entered the first building. He was wearing a nice suit and I think he had a moustasche. He teleported away a second or so after I walked in. Who was it? I don't remember seeing him before so I assume he was added in the unofficial patch, of which I'm running version 9.2

This is indeed a restoration of the UP and you will meet him later again, if you do all the side quests, especially one you get via email from Beckett...

It looks like they wanted to add sabbath fraction, which you would cominicate with, but had no time to finish game...

I suspect so, which is why I did the best to add some more Sabbat with the patch. You can even get a Sabbat ending if you have low humanity and say the right things to the Sabbat leader!
