VV is gone from her usual location, and i've been waiting for her picture a while now with no luck. I've just finished the Warrens, and i've not yet been to china town. Should i just keep waiting or has some thing go awry?

If you mean the photo you should have it in your inventory if you finished her quests correctly.
If you mean the wall poster, you get a mail from Gary for each of those after the Nos warrens.

As for the poster, you won't get it with the patch because you already get it from Gary...
