Tremere blood strike abuse, how to
I always hear how blood strike is so OP, and for once I saw a video of bosses being machine gunned with it.. but how? Is there a way to have more blood.. to have it refill way faster, did I miss an item that makes Tremere OP. Dont get me wrong with a shotgun and blood strike I could destroy normal enemies easily, but bosses I had to rely on other methods because I lost blood too fast.

In vanilla, blood strike isn't so OP, unless you throw all your spending cash into blood packs and eat em like candy. However if you are playing with the UOP+ certain things have been reworked and bloodstrike is like personal artillery and every player gets enough cash to constantly be maxed out on blue blood packs. However with the Final Nights mod, blood strike is incredibly tedious (along with most disciplines) because of the added factor of blood loss over time. Regardless the only time you should ever really have a problem with blood is in the Warrens.

This is plain wrong! In the UOP+ the Blood Strike hasn't been changed at all and the Blood Salvo, that is the vanilla artillery, has been replaced by Blood Theft. Also there isn't much more money in the game either, please check your facts...

When I play Tremere, I get blood from Theft of Vitae, as well as simply feeding. It's very easy to feed on blood dolls/guys peeing outside clubs/random mobs in combat areas. I also use a lot of Blood Purge.

It might have to do something with the performance of PCs those days. It ran at 10-15 fps on most when it was released. There is a small timeframe between pressing the button for a discipline and losing blood as the cost. At a low frame rate it may be possible to spam the discipline and being able to use it more than expected before your blood pool is exhausted. At least I remember doing something like that back then.

I wholeheatedly apologize Wesp5, I am not a modder so I didn't examine game files or anything to see if blood strike had been changed, it just seemed to be doing an incredibly enhanced amount of damage compared to vanilla. But money wise, maybe you don't realize it, but there are several new opportunites to make a vastly increased amount of money compared to vanilla. That having been said, the UOP+ is my preferred way of playing, and I really appreciate all the work you put into it.

I made the money from Venus more consistent but can't remember any other big changes. Where can you get more money than in the basic game?

I'll have to do a second playthrough and jot them down and get back to you. I honestly can't remember them off the top of my head, but I ended up with far more money than I can spend with a 0 finance combat specced gangrel, and that'd never happened to me in vanilla. Again, not at all a complaint. One of the smaller things I can remember off the top of my head is having weapons drop earlier, which either can be sold or used and you therefore don't have to buy said item, or getting occult items as quest rewards so you don't have to buy them, or having low seduction characters be able to send patty to the bloodbank to avoid paying the guy off... I guess I misspoke. It isn't so much that you find/recieve more money, as much as you have way more opportunities to work around spending the money you do have. Which again, I can't say enough is NOT a complaint. I love the idea of having multiple avenues to accomplish things, and in my first comment when I said you have enough money to... etc, I wasn't complaining at all. In fact, I'd love to see more of your work if you choose to update the patch or maybe even create new content. Thanks again for your hard work Wesp5! :)

This is indeed possible and intended. I only was surprised as I didn't think I changed the money content of the game as such much.

The next version is already in the works, it may see some small new areas and a lot of unused Rik Schaffer compositions!
