Report a translation problem
Just vanilla, literally just started the game earlier and played a little bit.
Usually, you run respatch.exe and choose an aspect ratio, then in game, choose the resolution.

Don't need it. Unofficial Patch 9.3 does it all for you (unless you don't want to use the U.P. -- then go with ResPatcher).
