Achievements

Will achievements ever be added to this game? Would be pretty awesome, adds a bit of something extra. Not like this game needs much of that, owned this game for many years and never looked back, loved it warts n' all!

I doubt they ever would be. That requires Steam and the developer or publisher programming in the points in the game to unlock them and with Troika dead and Activision only giving a ♥♥♥♥ about VtMB as a way to make money every time Steam, Amazon, GoG, or Humble Bundle put it on sale, it's not going to happen.

Drat, that's a shame, i've become acustomed to achievements, so feels weird playing games without them! But i guess for VtMB i can survive. Just the sorta game you can replay over and over again without much dissopointment. Thanks for replying with some clarity on the subject! I could always make up my own achievements in my head, haha.

This is the closest we'll ever get.

Project Vaulderie (HD remake of this game) will feature Steam achievements - though you'll have to wait a year or so for its release.

A fan HD remake is in the works on Planet Vampire using the same engine...

Please add achievements to this game Activision! One of the few games that playthroughs are rewarding, but also having the achievements would make the experience even greater!

Maybe with the nvidia rtx modding tool we'll get a fan remake. Would be cool if it got the portal upgrade treatment
