other good vampire games?

i tried playing this a few months ago but this game is just way too burned into my brain still. need to drink more beer i suppose.

then i stumbled onto open microwave... and found a nice little mod that oblivions morrowinds vampire problems. so that was nice; messing around morrowind as an oblivion vampire on android. but even all that dosnt white wash just how bad morrowind sucks.

so now im downloading oblivion.......

so...

any one know of any other good vtmb/oblivion style vampire games floating around?

cuz i heard vtmb 2 wont be comin around any time soon....... rofl. but we all knew that.

or conversly, maybe wesp should just head up vtmb 2... *cough*

add the deadlands.

Eh Vampyr may be about vampires but it's nothing like VTMB, it's a completly different approach
VTMB 2 it's not an option,
VTM Redeption is i nthe same universe but the gameplay it's very different
Bloodlust I don't know

Unfortunally VTMB it's very unique, the closest I can think is to become a vampire lord in Skyrim
(I'd say the witcher 3 where vampires are really nice, but you can't play as them so...)

vampyr looks way too much like legacy of kain...

infact, why not list legacy of kain ; D

they also added a very lackluster vampire addon for one of the saints row games......

bloodlust looks good but i have a feeling its a diablo clone.... any one played it?

rofl... redemption. i was really glad bloodlines went the way it did; away from redemption.

and vtmb 2? id have to visit the deadlands to play it... i think enough people wanted it for it to exist there... now that its been destroyed......

the nice thing about tes/vtmb is theyre living worlds you have to live in as well as survive in. you can be a walking wood chipper too, but its hard. and that makes being very ape all the more satisfying. plus im big on stealth mech. did they ever make a vamp mod for mgs? XD

this a shame that people dislike redemption and vampyr. i suspect you havent played it. but if you actualy like baldurs gate then you can definitely find fun in redemptions crazyness xD unless your just clout gameing and baldurs gate is wellknown and redemtions is just a cult cult cult classic only to does who took the time to play it

^ rofl i liked legacy of kain... when it came out.

but im pretty much passed press to connect third person stuff. ive had the luck of watchin it develop over the last two decades. i might dig up tenchu if im feeling really nostalgic, but thats as close as i get to that crap nowadays. and im pretty sure i broke my tenchu disc in half...

and top down rpg's, it all depends on the pacing. infinity engine games had a good feel to them. honestly, i hardly remember redemption other than that i borrowed it from a friend for a week and it failed to impress. and when i think about picking it back up... i think... rage of mage. and i move on. i didnt like fallout 1 or 2 either........ clearly no accounting for taste.

I think I played a demo once. It has a mini hub similar in atmosphere to Bloodlines, but sadly the gameplay itself is only about grazing dozends of underground rogue kind random mazes.

The Legacy of Kain games are pretty good. I recommend getting them on GOG if you want them to work properly on modern pcs though.

Would definately be the best solution for Blood Omen 1 as it isnt on pc.

I actually think VTM: Redemption is one of the best vampire RPG's ever made out there mates. The SP story wasn't bad at all. The MP aspects of it alone has never been matched. It was pure genius. I'd prefer it to sitting around starring at a table set up in a game like Tabletop Simulator if I were going to do an RP game session with some friends. To bad it was never improved up on.

What I find funny is back in the day people thought it was a head of it's time and everyone loved it and now days people talk smack and act like it stinks as if it was never good in the first place. Yet I've not seen anyone else ever come up with something that unique and inventive. So that game holds the title in that if nothing else. lol

i played it for the first time 3 months ago and i supriseing found it to be amazing. also doesnt need mods to work xD

You're right about that. The game was before it's time and the MP aspect made the experience much more unique. (I think that's what made the original Diablo popular too. There just weren't many MP RPG games for PC back in the day... excluding MUDs.) Damn shame CCP stopped development on the WoD MMO and sold the VTM franchise just to focus on EVE Online. I really would've loved to have seen that one!
