Have no Hands/fists

So I got my game working properly with the 8.9 patch and was enjoying it, playing through the tutorial until I reached the part where you are meant to 'brawl' the guard. I tried to bring out my fists and nothing happened, I went into my inventory and it said I had no fists.

I restarted with a new character with the brawl ability at level 1, still no fists. I've tried every class with level 1 brawl ability and nothing. Anyone know how to fix this bug?

I can use melee weapons fine I should add, like baseball bats and tire irons but I cannot use my fists because they don't exist. I can't pick up objects in the world either.

Very strange, because from 8.9 on the fists and hands are given using Python. Or did you choose to play as a special MP clan or something? Anyway, open the console and type give item_w_unarmed, give item_w_fists and give weapon_physcannon...

Just making this comment to thank you, I had the same problem like minutes ago and this worked nicely
