I Spy Barabus phone bug (FIXED)

The phone outside the Fu Syndicate building isn't ringing. I've gone back to an earlier save and tried again, but it didn't help. Is anyone else having this problem?

I did, I'm using version 8.9.

Did you continue an older saved game before patching? Because this usually break things! Otherwise open the console and type G.Story_State = 55 and G.Gary_Know = 0 and then enter the hub again. It should ring now...
