Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

What clan are these?
There are some Sabat vampires that have very long claw-like arms and others that look basically like ordinary people. What clan are the ones with the long arms? Tzmisce? Is that what the vicissitude discipline can do (among other things)?

I'm afraid that I can't accurately answer the question, but the game files consider them to be simply "shovelheads".

"shovelhead" (long arms) and "shovelhead_short" to be precise.

I think that Smiling Jack mentions the term at some point during the tutorial.

They are just Caitiff in my opinion. They are monsters and that may be why they don't exactly look like a human. Gangrels for example, gain a trait of the beast everytime they go frenzy. Becket as orange feline eyes and very very hairty hands and arms. Other's can gain a tail, feathers, claws, scales, fur, any trait of the beast. So that could also be another reason as to why they don't exactly have the appearance of a normal person.

Odds are since they're just mooks/generic enemies, Clan was never specifically chosen for them. I do know the guys with black hair and red suits have Celerity in-game so they may be Toreador, though in the PnP game Toreador were not the only Clan with Celerity. The long arms are likely Tzimisce, but they're so "young" they barely have control of their powers, let alone know how to be like Andrei. They're all expendable shock troops.

they are just frenzied, sabbat shovelheads. which makes them look more like beasts, maybe even use protean out of hunger. shovelheads, meaning they are "lucky if they even know what he (they) are", like good ole jack said once.

Yup. But that doesn't explain what clan they are (if they are not Caitiff). Was just wondering what would cause the long arms.....could be protean or vicissitude (either they are Tzimisce or one of them did that to them).

Celerity is natural to Torreador, Bruja and Assamite. I doubt they are Assamite. They could also have learned it if they are very old or they could be Caitiff who can pick up whatever they want (but struggle to be good at it).

Thematically, I would venture they'd likely be Gangrel. Protean combined with their animalistic appearance (i.e. furry) would suggest lots of frenzy checks and stuff in the past (which coincides with the Sabbat philosophies pretty well.
I think that.. "Clan" is probably the wrong word, because If you are a part of the Sabbath, then you are something completely different even though your Bloodline may be of Brujah or Gangrel.

yes i'd also say they're members of the Gangrel clan

Could also be catif that the tizimisce improved with flesh crafting.
But most likely I would say they are gangrel for the hunched over ones, the others not sure.

Personally I've always thought they were gangrel and brujah sabbat as the whole hunched thing movement is a gangrel thing and brujah makes more sense to me for the speedy ones since the way I took it from the wiki torredor who embrace the sabbat way have issues with sadistically self mesmerizing during battle.

... you do know that there are two major clans in the Sabbat, right?

Anyway, answering to OP: I would say those vampires are Gangrel antitribu.
