Thinned blood quest: how to find Lily?
I'm having problems with finding Lily. So far I:

- triggered the quest
- went to the diner
- found her stuff in the trunk of the car
- went to the blood bank
- used the code in the freezer
- found the secret passageway

But in the chamber with the chairs, there is nobody to be found... It's just an empty room.
I already looked up a walkthrough for help and apparenty Lily is suppose to be in that room.

The quest didn't fail but I can't find her, or E for that matter. The thinbloods are not on the beach anymore. Did I do this quest too late in the game? Anyone else having trouble with it? I hope there is a way to fix this.

Any advice is welcome.

hmmm later in the game there is a quest involving the thin blood that stutters I forget his name and I think after that they do leave disapear from the beach but if it affects the story line with E. and Lilly I cant say because like I said its way later in the game and the one with E. and Lilly is usually one of the first ones I do just because its easy XP. And as far as her not being in that room thats a first. Maybe you did something out of order that might cause her to end up somewhere else.

What point are you at in the game that you think it might be too late to do this quest? Also, it sounds like it may be some odd bug. I've never heard of this happening before.

After I met Gary in Hollywood I returned to Santa Monica because there was this thin blood who stutters who had to be taken care of. After that I decided I may as well go look for Lily, so that's where I am in the game. I guess I should've done this quest earlier but I focused on the main quest line for the prince.

Yeah, you're too late. The quest should automatically fail if you go to the beach again.

agree with one eyed the way this game works certain events and quest will become unavalible depending on how far along you are in the story . example with getting heather as your goul / if you have not seen her in the hospital before the elisbath dane quest she does not exist in the game . you have to do the thin blood quest fairley early in the game if you want to do it go back to one of your saved games and do it from there even if you have not saved any games the game does some automatic saves for you . hope that helps. the order for the thin blood quest is the following

1 talk to E

2 talk to dorris old lady at the dinner

3 go to bail bonds get drivers licence

4 get diery from red car in parking garage

5 go to computer get freezer code

6 open freezer

hope that helps

That's happened to me before, too. There is a point in the game where finishing this quest will be entirely unavailable, so you should do it early on!

Thanks everyone for the replies. It's good to know I'm not the only one who had trouble with it and now I know I should pay more attention to the side quests. The prince can wait :)
Doing the quest on an earlier saved game worked just fine. So once again, thanks a bunch for the help. :happy_creep:
