Toggle Discipline key?

Is there a way (through the console or anything else) to make it so that you can toggle a discipline on or off?
For instance, I use the right mouse button to activate a discipline. Is there a command I can use so that all I have to do is re-click right click to deactivate it as well?

You can just press F8.

I'm trying to make it so that pressing the same button twice activates/deactivates the discipline. That's what the above code does.
