What's wrong with Malk? They're my first playthrough. Funny as ♥♥♥♥.
In Bloodlines yes, the Nossies are ugly. But in the Masquerade universe in general, Tzimisce using the vicissitude discipline can be repulsive too. Also, from the lesser clans, the Blood brothers, the Harbingers of Skulls and finally the Samedi are considered ugly. The true difference between all the above and the Nosferatu is that the latter are supernaturally ugly, meaning that their disfigurement is part of their clan's curse and cannot be manifactured by a medical intrument or some discipline. Lastly, no human can be so ugly.
I hope I helped.
