Ocean House Hotel - Basement, locked door.

So there's a room in the basement. It requires 10 lockpicking to unlock. There's no key. You unlock it, go in, there's a destroyable wall. You destroy it and go into a room,t here's nothing as well, but a locked door.

It can't be lock picked, and there's no keys. What is it?

Did you get the boiler room key from one of the washing machines? One fo those locked doors is locked because you're not supposed to be able to use it yet. The other is to the boiler room and requires the key.

Yeah I got those.

I already got the pendant and I'm ready to leave, but the door still won't open / I explored every room with Aspex on even.

I no-clipped, it just led back into the Hallway. How weird.

Sorry, but even using the noclip cheat I can find no unused room in the basement! If you mean the room with the radio that plays, this is the normal sequence of events...
