I'd say I prefer the Clan Quest Mod. I don't think either include the latest UP (v9.4), but Clan Quest is much more polished and adds a lot of stuff to the original game clans.
If you want to play Antitribu, I would recommend waiting until a new patch is released, the mod's not so good right now.

Antitribu is a work in progress. There's bugs, features we were promised that aren't there, last time I played it some of the character models for the Clans we can play were missing as well for certain genders(no male Tzimisce model for instance). It's not in great shape right now.

Clan Quest Mod is probably the best mod out there, I'd highly recommend that one. However, do NOT use any of the big mods with UP 9.4. All of them have older versions of the UP built into them so trying to run them at the same time as 9.4 would end up causing issues with the game.

ok so clan mod this time and next couple of years when i feel like playing again hopfully Antribu will be more complete lol
I know this is in regards to only those 2 mods and I know you've pretty much decided on the Clan Quest mod but I thought I'd still repaste my old comment regarding all the big mods for this game, in case you wanted it:

None of the big mods are compatible with each other as they all use a different version of the Unofficial Patch as a base. This post will only deal with these big mods:

The Unofficial Patch 9.4 (without any plus options ticked in the patch installer) is highly recommended for a first playthrough of the game, providing you've never experienced it before or beat it all the way to the end. It's the most extensive and up-to-date patch there is for this game and also gives you native widescreen.
Once you've beat the game, re-run the patch installer and this time tick the plus content when you're applying it. You'll need to start a new game (otherwise you'll experience bugs) but the amount of restored content and tweaked gameplay will make it heavily worth it.

Companion Mod - a mod I hadn't got to experience until recently and it's actually not too shabby (it does use a really old version of the Unofficial Patch, ~5.4, and it'll probably never get updated). This mod allows you to recruit and enslave many NPCs in the game and store them in your haven where you can pose them and do a whole heap of things with them really. The main purpose of the mod is to allow you to take 2 NPCs with you who will serve as combat allies and a free food source. What I really liked about this mod was the voice splicing - just awesome. Your allies will occassionally spit out lines that feel like they've always been a part of the game (the mod authors simply cut and paste bits of dialogue to form sentences but they just sound so natural). In addition to all of this you can choose to sire one NPC that'll become your childe (you can only do this with either Heather or that asian girl from Chinatown).

Clan Quest Mod - the best mod next to the Unofficial Patch and one I'll continually recommend without any hesitation (huge fanboy here). I've done 2 playthroughs with this mod and plan to do another soon (this mod will get updated to use one of the latest Unofficial Patches - 9.2 - it uses 7.9 right now). The mod features some of the best fan voice acting I've ever heard in a mod; I haven't played a super-duper amount of mods so it's possible there's even better stuff out there. Still, semi-professional voice actors voice both old and new characters for the mod and the voice actors who impersonate the original characters do a fantastic job for the most part. There's 12 new big quests that are all designed extremely well, are clan-specific and deal with the VTM lore. As the site reports there's 20 new NPCs, new cutscenes, an in-game "achievement system" of sorts and a saucy scene with VV that vanilla players never got -- the highlight for many players. It's important to remember that the Clan Quest Mod also integrates a lot of other minor mods such as the companion mod (although it's not as expansive as the original mod and is called a "lite version") , the VTMB music mod, aresnal mod (new weapons, sounds, textures), Camarilla Edition (overhauls the gameplay and game rules drastically) and more.

The Final Nights - I've only done 1 and a bit of a playthrough but this mod is a nice attempt at giving us something different. New clans (which replace the original 7) are the main focus but the story remains the same mostly. Some new quests, some fan voice acting (the voice acting I've heard so far is great and there's no problems here), new disciplines which were all very cool from memory and a lot of new mechanics which were reasonably interesting to see. The only downside to this mod is the clan models - they're more or less reskins of the original clan models - but you can see the mod author's put in lots of effort and has listened to feedback also. While it uses a relatively early version of the Unofficial Patch: the mod author's fixed a lot of the bugs himself that the newer Unofficial Patches have fixed himself. Definetly worth a peek if you're curious.

Antitribu - this mod was a long one in the making and suffered due to the immense hype that surrounded the mod prior to release. Right now it's very buggy, crash-y, and everything else inbetween. To their credit the devs made the mod a lot more stable and fairly better within a short timespan and there's been 3 hotfixes/patched issued as of today (there's still supposed to be a major patch coming, which will bring a lot of the promised features). Antitribu is like The Final Nights: 7 new clans but most of the models look different to the original clan models. There's also a *huge* increase in difficulty which some like and some will downright hate. The difficulty's somewhat arbitrary because most enemies have way more hitpoints and you'll get swatted like a fly most of the time. But it's important to note Antitribu brings new and different guns that do change the balance and Antitribu is primarily a combat-focused mod which it's never really tried to hide IMO. I enjoyed the difficulty as VTM:B's was a breeze for me but it's something I felt I should warn people about. Anyway, Antitribu has new quests (some are a bit iffy in their design but some were also fixed from patches/hotfixes), voice acting and quite a lot that more, and it's arguably the most ambitious mod for VTM:B. A good reason for using Antitribu though, might just be that it incorporates the full Companion Mod in a nice manner and has seemingly given us a few new costumes for NPCs we can recruit as well as seemingly fixing many original bugs that existed in the original mod. Don't go in hyped but expect to be surprised at least once all-the-same.
