Freed Barabus - But i've got a problem

I've returned to my save after some time, I couldn't find Gary So i went all around the areas i've been too or not been too, I found Barabus still inside the Hospital with his follow command still on, we're both at the front desk right now, the alarm was triggered then stopped but he's still standing there with me, what's happened?

What do you mean by "couldnt find Gary". At what part of the story are you? Your post is quite confusing.

Syndicate building is not a hospital, but I assume you mean the syndicate building in Chinatown. Barabus follows you until you you have deleted mandarin's vampire data from his servers. Its one of the rooms. You have to do that before Gary contacts you.

Sebastian LaCroix Wants the Sarcophagus open, Isaac still thinks i'm doing the Kings Way Quest (I've killed Andrei) and Gary isn't in his normal location (The place after the Nosferatu Warrens)

I've also done Italian Dinner quest because i recall seeing the Sarcophagus in LaCroix's Penthouse

Only got the main locations on the map so I can't get back to the stronghold just incase i've missed something there

Did you upgrade the Unofficial Patch after starting your playthrough?

Yeah unless i wouldn't be able to play it at all.

Barabus still Follow mode inside the syndicate building although i've already done that because the door to the server room has been knocked down and Barabus is at the front door.
I've already got the sarcophagus.

Let me try that again. If you installed a newer version of the Unofficial Patch, and continued a playthrough from a savegame of an older version of the Patch than the version that you currently have installed, you have unfortunately broken your save, and must start a new game or try to cheat through with console commands.
