A question of History, Thaumaturgy and Occult Items.

I installed the UP+ patch and i gotta admit i almost find the Eldritch prodigy background for the Tremere "useless" but if it stacks with the Daimonori Occult Item you recieve in the Tremere chantry it might be worth it, now i've found no answer to as if these two boosts to thaumaturgy stacks so could anyone clarify? Thanks.

I don't recall what that background and item do, can you clarify?

The Tremere background "Eldritch Prodigy" and the item in question, as mentioned is the "Daimonori" acquired from the Tremere chantry suite.

This still doesn't tell me what they DO.

Oh right thought you asked about them in question. Both boost thaumaturgy damage/effects by a certain %.

Thats odd, everything i've managed to dig up on Eldritch Prodigy indicates a damage increase? Even was a thread from 2008 i belive saying they werent stacking at the time (wich is why im checking to see if they stack now)

There are some references to changing the prodigy history in the vtmbup-readme.txt in the Bloodlines folder, search/find : prodigy

Bah you're right it got changed, guess that makes my question irrelevant "sigh" and here i was hoping to murder people with blood bolt, legacy of kain style. Oh well.

I changed some histories because they clashed with the occult items, this may have been the case here.
