Unofficial patch vs clan quest vs ?
So theres a loader .exe which lets me choose between vanilla, SDK(whatever that is) and the unofficial patch. Which makes me think this is like MB warband with its modules and you have to pick one or the other with mods?

I got the impression from other discussions elsewhere that yes it is one or the other unless its with a texture pack or something, which i dont care enough about really, they dont look any different

Yes, this is just a way to start different mods, because you can't ever merge them.
