run the exe make sure you change install path so it installs to you drive that your game is installed in so it needs to install to
it's an example so if it's on your main drive by default it's C

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire The Masquerade - Bloodlines


Make sure you launch the game with the shortcut provided by the patch

you can also right click your game in your steam directory and put this in launch options

-game Unofficial_Patch

. turn off the overlay while there because it bugs out cut scenes often not always but can.

I you can't download the patch try edge and be sure to click keep if you do.

install just basic or basic plus

Basic is recommended for those who never played and would have vanilla play through

Basic plus is for those who have played the game but welcome some changes that does effect the game from vanilla.

ye you gotta try the patch. or if your problem is downloading id assume make sure you have the space if ye dont just restart pc and perhaps the download also

There is a tiny problem, I notice that game has too many bugs such stuck between doors, although I have to reload (restart) the game from the beginning of last checkpoint, isn't there a way to find issue for this problem?

The game does have a lot of bugs; that's part of why it failed at launch. Wesp5 has done a remarkable job of fixing enough of the game that it's playable, but it's still got issues. Like the Skyline Apartments, where you can't get into your own apartment, the elevator won't work, etc. Turning on clipping in the console to get past the buggy area works, just remember to disable it afterward.
