softlocked poster session?

So i just got the poster session quest, but somewhere earlier I lockpicked the chest in santa monica that gave me another tape, so now when I picked up the videotape in asian theater it didn't appear in my inventory. The console command give item_g_garys_tape doesn't work either, still getting the previous tape. How do I overcome this?

The one in asian theater is Tap Hotel. The one in Carson's apartment is Jock shot.

i already picked up tap hotel, but its not in my inventory nor i can get it by a command

The correct command is "give item_g_garys_film" and in the UP it looks like a film too!
