In order of least to most
Brujah, Toreador: mentions here and there, brujah seems extra buddy-like with the anarchs. The toreador don't really get along with the nossies.
Ventrue: much like the above two, instead some assume you're buddy buddy with the prince due to clans. You also have unique dialogue with domination.
Note: any perceptions of clan affiliation is flavor at best, so you can be a cammy brujah or a anarch ventrue if your heart so desires.
Gangrel: unique dialogues with Becket, possible skill points. If it wasn't for the free skill points I would rate this higher on the list due to gangrels not getting tons of references outside of Becket.
Tremere: unique stuff with Strauss, extra artifacts (that make blood magic even BETTER, not that it needed that), and a different haven. Essentially, you get invited into the clan (unlike pretty much all other characters that are officially clanless throughout the game). Certain people also don't like you, but they will still deal with you (tremere's aren't exactly trusted due to backstory).
Nosferatu: can't roam the streets, some quests are barred, and pretty much EVERYBODY has a unique dialogue on your special...uh...appearance.
Malkavians: unique dialogue with everybody, unique approaches to quests via dementation, and hallucinations (think wacky stuff like fallout new vegas wild wasteland). Also you gain some...interesting insight....about certain endgame events.
Thanks for that. Got easy over 300 hours into this game and haven't noticed half that stuff.
It pains me to admit that I still haven't made a Nosferatu character!
they're kinda like the tremere in that the clan (nossies in this case) actually sorta adopts you
