Dose your clan play into the story at all?
So I just got the game and am only at the very start. But I was wondering if your clan changes anything late game? Seems whatever happens you should have a very dif experiance if you are a Gangrel to say a Venture.

Some Clans will receive different reactions from some of the NPCs, especially if that NPC is of the same Clan. Otherwise for the most part some of the Clans will receive unique dialogue options that are attached to one or more of their powers like Dominate or Presence. In the case of Malkavians, ALL their dialogue is unique because they're all crazy and have some semi-prophetic insight into the world. Their Disicpline of Dementaion also provides some unique dialogue options.

A fair bit....not a ton

In order of least to most

Brujah, Toreador: mentions here and there, brujah seems extra buddy-like with the anarchs. The toreador don't really get along with the nossies.

Ventrue: much like the above two, instead some assume you're buddy buddy with the prince due to clans. You also have unique dialogue with domination.

Note: any perceptions of clan affiliation is flavor at best, so you can be a cammy brujah or a anarch ventrue if your heart so desires.

Gangrel: unique dialogues with Becket, possible skill points. If it wasn't for the free skill points I would rate this higher on the list due to gangrels not getting tons of references outside of Becket.

Tremere: unique stuff with Strauss, extra artifacts (that make blood magic even BETTER, not that it needed that), and a different haven. Essentially, you get invited into the clan (unlike pretty much all other characters that are officially clanless throughout the game). Certain people also don't like you, but they will still deal with you (tremere's aren't exactly trusted due to backstory).

Nosferatu: can't roam the streets, some quests are barred, and pretty much EVERYBODY has a unique dialogue on your special...uh...appearance.

Malkavians: unique dialogue with everybody, unique approaches to quests via dementation, and hallucinations (think wacky stuff like fallout new vegas wild wasteland). Also you gain some...interesting insight....about certain endgame events.

Thanks for that. Got easy over 300 hours into this game and haven't noticed half that stuff.

It pains me to admit that I still haven't made a Nosferatu character!

Speaking of Nosferatu, they get a special haven later in the game too!

oops...yeah....forgot that one

they're kinda like the tremere in that the clan (nossies in this case) actually sorta adopts you
