I look like one
Those have the most fun disciplines.
But lately i've been playing Gangrel.
Brujah are kind of boring, though, you can make an insane Brawl damage build with them.
Ventrue as well, boring disciplines, but they're tanky if nothing else...
If i had to choose top 3, in no particular order, Malkavian, Tremere and Toreador. :)
Tremere and Ventrue are just magnificent for Camarilla endings.
Ventrue for playing the long con game against LaCroix to avenge the sire that was taken from you, and get payback for LaCroix stealing the privilege you should have had as a ventrue childer, all the while waiting for something to throw him under the bus with.
Tremere for the story of a rejected outsider doomed to obscurity and impotence, proving their merit to their clan and becoming one of the rare exceptions of an unauthorized mistake proving they were worthy of the pyramid and your sire wasn't wrong to view you as worth the embrace.
Plus while we don't see it you can just imagine the alternate end cutscene of Smiling Jack just sitting there going "Any Minute Now" and face palming when he realizes a fledgling just toppled a Prince and outfoxed his plan to destroy the LA Camarilla.
.....................................................
Malkavian I'd say is great as a second/third playthrough independent ending. Gangrel makes a decent secondary if you have a kindred that just wants to be the lone wolf.
Nos I'd say is great for an open the box yourself ending, since its easy to see a young nos going I don't care if what's in the box kills me.
Brujah duh are the side with the Anarchs default best, though I prefer to play them intentionally bestial with impulse control issues.
Toreador is really the only one I can see being so obsessed with humanity and flowery words they miss the warning signs with Ming Xiao and side with the Kue-jin.
Because magic.
Ventrue is a close second but mage>rulers.
