A dish best served cold and Night at the Library's Bug

I'm playing with patch 9.5 and this quest doesn't work. I received the mail by Beckett and i have to meet his friend scott at the Santa Monica Coffe Shop, so i go there but i don't find anyone or anything ( a note ?? ).

What have i to do ??

I don't find any bar at Santa Monica, only a note at the Coffee Shop that said it was moving to Hollywood.
I go to Hollywood but i don't find any clock; for the bar you mean Cafè Cavoletti ??

Sorry, I was thinking about the Smoke Shop. If you found the note there you should enter the SM Coffee Shop and check out the laptop in the back room...

Sorry it's my fault. I didn't go to the smoke shop, i went directly to the coffe shop, so the quest log didn't unpgrade.

Can i ask you some things ?

I' m playing with a fem Malkav wint Per 9 and Sed 7:

1) the blood doll at the the Asp Hole (Hollywood) don't feed me; the dialogue gives me the pink line but nothing happen.

2) in "a dish best served cold " when i talk with the target the dialogue gives me the blue and the pink line but also nothing happen.

Do i something wrong ?

For the blood doll at the Asp hole, today i play an old save and the dialogue changed completly, so i was able to feed on her.

For " a dish best served cold ":

A) Tommy Flayton: "More flatbread and olive oil...,mm-kay?"

1) I am not the one who waits... I wanted - ( go to B )

B) TF: "Wanted to know what ?... or possibly break this resturant ?!? "

1) Many greetings i babble forth to you, stomacher of moltitudinous ethnic dishes. (go to C)
2) Justify your existence, devourer of soles! ( go to D )

C) TF: " Hello... THUMBS UP or THUMBS DOWN. "

1) Justify your existence, devourer of soles ! ( go to D )
2) I have only one finger on you, and it is noy my thumb (End Conversation)

D) TF: " Me? Tommy Flayton? .... You'd know me.

1) Yes! Yes! Yes! I have definitely never heard that name before.( go to F )
2) Flayton... that is a coincidence, i seek a man names Flayton. go to G )
3) (Pink Line) If my Womb wasn't a cold dead place, i'd fill it with our love children.(go to E)

Any choice I made, the quest is always not completed. Surely i'm not doing the right thing but i don't know what.

Everything is like intended here. You can't seduce Tommy because he is one of the few gay NPCs in the game. And for whatever reason, the Persuasion line does not lead for a good answer with Malkavians. I guess they are supposed to use Dementation but I might fix that...

Seduction and Persuasion doesn't work, Intimidate is too low, so...

Do you know the level of Dementation required ? 2 or 3 maybe ??

The damage of a melee weapon is influenced by Strength, or only the requirement ?

The quest is completed even if the dialogue was strange: instead of the Blu line appears the Green line ( my INT is 3 or 4 ), then gave me the Dementation line.
