to build a better mouse trap... Question

its a quest from either CQM or uP+, not sure but i believe the former. Just in case you are wondering why you dont get the quest.

I' ve decided to follow Bertram in my 3rd playthrough instead of doing the Warrens (believe it or not but i actually kind of like em) and am hitting a dead-end, quite literally. I followed Bertram through the sewers to a certain point where he always disappears. The location is right infront of Accesspoint F in the Hollywood-Sewers. Its the one infront of the cemetary.

I dont think its because he saw me cause it doesnt matter what i do he always turns towards the exit and then vanishes. Also its, as said a dead-end so i dont know where he could possible go on from there. When i take the only feasable route, namely take the exit he turned towards i am in hollywood infront of the cemetary and thats that.

Is this a bug or do i simply dont get it?

LOL. For some reason i simply didnt think he would go through the cemetary despite i already knew thats the way (i thought the modautor would have made some new underground-area to go throug... for some reason... i think i may be a Malkavian).

And i didnt see Bertram when i came out of the sewers (the way is very short from sewer-entrance to cemetary entrance so i simply missed him entering the cemetary). Its all fine. Tracked him through the cemetary and now i did that aswell too. ^^

Quest is actually very glitches prone : i was forced to order my character to kill 2 bums and throw away a barrel so that bertram could continue his walk instead of standing like a lump!
