Sewer door

Hello i was playing and i found doors in sewers in Downtown and Holywood what they are for? behind them is heaven or something?

Behind the downtown sewer door is a special haven for Nosferatu player that they can get later on. The Hollywood doors lead to the warrens section which is rather long, so you can use them to exit the warrens and stack up with bloodpack and ammo during that section.

oh ok so what mission u need to complete to get this haven? (i play nosferatu)

You get it after you finish the quest of Gary, the Nosferatu Primogen.
