Stuck at Giovanni's
Playing as a Nosferatu and decided to just kill everyone. However I can't open the last door into the office where the secret passage is, which is locked at 10 difficulty. How do I proceed?

Isn't there a lever? The one Nadia pulls to open the door if you use seduction.

If you can't pick the door, you need to enter the room via the secret passage in the walls.

Oh there's a passage through the wall? Well I've already scoured the place and didn't find anything, so i admit defeat. Where can I find it?

You can see that the sword is located in an office past some double doors. THOSE are the ones I can't open, and are locked at diffculty 10. I cannot enter the room in which the sword is hanging.

Did you kill Nadja? Does she maybe drop a key, and you just didn't notice it on the ground?
Or Bruno, or someone else you killed?
I have to admit, i almost never do the kill everyone route, so i completely forgot, but the house is huge, there might be another way in, the one that doesn't involve swords and secret wall passages.

kill everyone brings bruno out to play, unless you stealth killed everyone but if you get bruno he's suppose to drop a key... i don't recall nadia dropping one [tried this route myself, screwed up a stealth kill and went all out when bruno turned terminator - he dropped a key]
but you might have bugged your game in which case you might want to noclip or restart..

there also secret passage entrances in the space after you walk through the front doors [passing the first guard] and in the small room in the kitchen [shelves are in the way so duck down] if you have high Perception/auspex the doors will sparkle
[there are others, i think in a bedroom, the swimming pool but i don't remember prescisly off the top of my head]

from what i remember
kill all = kill bruno for key as causing alarm will bring him into action
stealth = secret passageways [as a nos talking to nadia will be difficult but even if you can't persuade her, just follow her and she'll open the doors and pull the sword for you...but i think as a nos just the sight of you will send her/everyone screaming forcing a fight..]
soz, it's been awhile since i played nos and i only remeber a failed stealthing XD

Right! I totally forgot how Nosferatu are suppposed to stealth this.
I never fail nosferatu stealth cause they have obfuscate that lets you run around and kill everything, and go anywhere.

I do seem to remember something about some other area of the house, maybe it is by that pool or whatever, but yeah, there's a door there - away from the party, that leads downstairs.

It (i think) won't lead you into the are with the book Pisha wants directly too.

But yeah, i seem to remember what you're saying, just haven't played that way for a long time.
