I was pretty sure those options can be unavailable depending on how you acted towards each faction.
That's not entirely true. You can wall off some of the endings depending on the choices you make through the game.
Concerning the Strauss Camarilla ending, you can piss off LaCroix however much you like but you have to be nice to Strauss, persuade him to tell you what he really thinks of LaCroix, do both the plaguebearer and the gargoyle quests for him, and not betray him to Isaac. You have to kill the gargoyle and don't tell Isaac who created him.
If you tell Isaac who created the gargoyle, Strauss will lock the chantry and his ending will be unavailable. Didn't try that in a long time, but from what i remember, i couldn't get the Strauss ending when i pissed him off.
You can ally the gargoyle with Isaac and still get the Strauss ending. I've never told Isaac who made the gargoyle so I can't speak of that.
I think it's fine as long as you don't tell Isaac who made the gargoyle. Cause if you do, Strauss will lock the chantry and you can't see him anymore for the rest of the game.
