"Command" power

Is the command power so useless? this thing just makes the victim dance? or am I missing something

At level 1, the only power you get from Dominate is Trance, which as you said makes people dance. You'll need to level up Dominate to gain more useful powers, like Brainwipe and Suicide.

It makes the victim dance or fall in trance, so that you can move undisturbed. The first level disciplines of Animalism and Dementation are similar just distractions...
