You mean making the hubs as such much bigger, or maybe join the SM hub with the SM pier? If I remember correctly it wasn't even possible to do this in a more modern Source engine...
Yes, the patch moves your old saves into a seperate subfolder because you need to start a new game after updating the patch!
This depends on the people you feed on. Some regain blood and others don't...

What do you think about bloodloss, being inversely tied to the health meter? (blood loss occurs as the automatic healing takes effect [at a reduced rate]) I would like to try it this way.
