do I lose anything else or just 2xp if I dont do this one stealth? Because it really irritates me. Its my second playtrough and I am tremere I have no ppoints in stealth so even if I use bloodbuff they see me.First part is ez but the basement is impossible.

I love the game but I hate it when it forces me to do stealth.

You do not gain 2 exp. And that's all. Playing stealth Tremere is really easy. Just get Trance and Suicide. No kills inside the museum are considered masquerade violations or carry humanity losses so you can suicide them all or you can trance them all if you need to get past them. The only penalty is the potential 2 exp. Also, the "secret" to stealthing the basement is hacking the computer on the security room and disabling the cameras (tthe passwords are incredibly obvious). Once you disable the cameras all you have to do is find the code of the door that leads to the sarcophagus area, you might want to get the fetish for Pisha too ;), punch the laser fuse box and boom, mission over. Also, don't forget to engage in a long conversation about vampire lore with Beckett that will award you with +1 scholarship.

Its not impossible to go through the museum without particular stealth skills. Just got to know what you are doing.

The cameras rotate, just sprint when they are looking the other way. I admit I usually don't hack the security room computer, cause its hard to get rid of the guard quietly and avoid the other one thats on the rounds. Easier to just sneak past the cameras in the same direction as the walking guard so he doesnt walk into you (counter-clockwise).

The fetish is bit of an annoyance since its behind glass window and you have to break it which attracts guards (I think always). But you can quickly grab it, run and hide in a nearby room.
