adding this line to a trait effect group found in the traiteffects000 file would give you maxed out celerity when you access the associated occult item or history or whatever. change the six to a one and youl simply have it unlocked and can level it up normally.
TraitEffect
{
"Trait" "Celerity"
"Modifier" "+6"
}
If you are a Gangrel he will teach you celerity
If you belong to the other clans he will teach you protean
You can level up the disciplines only up to level 3
I had to bind disciplines manually to buttons with bind commands in autoexec.cfg, like bind "4" "vdiscipline 17" etc
Talk to him right before you go to rescue the professor. I have discussed this in full detail before in this thread. Also I forgot to mention he can also teach animalism but I can't remember if that was implemented via the plus patch or if it's present in the basic as well
