What makes no sense is that the increase difficulty affect guns more than anything else so vampires using claws like the serial killer are actualy less dangerous than a gangbanger using a Ingram . . .
Maybe you could try to back-up your weapon item files in CQM\vdata\items, and try lowering the base lethality of the weapons with a text editor.
I'm not sure exactly how these stats work though...
I dont want to mess with files, so I'll keep biting my lips. This is Mod makers fault if the difficulty is such a ridiculous mess. (you know, vampires are supposed to be more or less bullet proof and all that)

I managed to pass Society of Leopold, but even with 6 soak in aggravated (5 fortitude + 1 key of alamut), the guys with M79 one shoted me . . . had to cheese a lot. ♥♥♥♥ that.
Since it's arsenal mod fault, I changed the topic title.
Great Voicing and writing but their's not enouth content at all to justify such a large area (all the fetching . . . ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
I take hollowbrook anytime over it.
I'll stick to UP.
