Things to do with the severed arm

My top two favorites:

- Drop it in Lacroix's chamber then it's laying there for the rest of the game.

- Stealth kill with it at least once.

Yeah. I don't know if all the clans can, but as i Malkavian, you can take the arm to her and the character tells her "I brought you a little snack" or something like that.

You just lose the arm that way, it doesn't do anything, and i think it's plus patch only.

You do not "feed" it to Pisha ...

You get a dialog option to sell it to her for about $10 ...

Feeding it to Pisha is the only option. Unless of course you have high melee skill and use it for luls. Just wish I could cook it, put it on bread or bun and give it to Chunk.

Still though, if you haven't stealth killed with it then you haven't lived.

You can already do this in the plus patch, but as there are only two, stacking is not needed ;)!

2 from the Hospital with Pisha where one the last journalist gets dragged down to the underground floor on camera;
3 from the dude with the tape in Hollywood who gets eaten by Tzimisce and I think maybe another one at the mansion in Hollywood Hills or in the Warrens in one of the 4 levels.
