Ok, thanks, but... How do i do it properly through dialogue? I purposefully chose only social skills when making a character and leveled up only seduction and persuasion, yet i still don't get persuasion options during the final confrontation.
Did something change since the last patch? I don't remember doing anything bad to either of them. I seduced Janette the first time i met her, kissed therese's ass when talking to her the first time, choosing only "yes ma'am" options, seduced janette the second time, not giving her the locket, used persuasion on therese after the art gallery and gave her the locket and that should have been enough right?
I don't know where i went wrong. Weird...
EDIT: Therese_Seduce is 3 and Janette_Seduce is 0, What? If anything I pandered to Janette more... So weird...
I was not sure because my seduction skills were about 2 and 3 certainly not up to 4 so I was not sure if it were me being a Tremere Character or something else.
This variable has nothing to do with actually using Seduction lines on her, just how you talk. And you can piss her off quite easily when you don't give her the pendant.
Wait, i'm supposed to give her the pendant? Won't that piss off Therese then?
Well at least i know where i went wrong, i didn't give her the pendant.
No, but you must be very careful when not doing so, like choose all calming answers.
I did. Well at least i think i did, Malkavian dialogue might have thrown me off, but i was as gentle as possible.
A personal hypothesis of mine... The one you meet is only Therese...
Yes i've read all the theories. ;)
Therese "brought Janette into this world" as she said.
Personally i think Therese is an only child, and Janette was her imaginary friend, polar opposite of her because she's everything Therese couldn't be, and her coping mechanism for when father "had his way with her". She even said they imagined their worlds together.
Then when she was embraced by a Malkavian, Janette personality actually surfaced for real.
So i don't think Janette ever really existed as a separate person.
BULLONGIE! I am sorry to burst your bubble Kdyver but Jeanette is the only one that was the real daughter and she had a bipolar mental disorder before she became a Malkavian. Vepar I disagree with you about your theory, it seems that her Daddy was bothered by the Therese Personality at first and was going to take her to an Asylum Institution to lobottomize her so that the Therese Personallity would hold dominance because at first only Jeanette was the dominant while Her "Daddy" wanted to make her into a vampire "businesswoman" and Jeanette rebelled after Daddy tried to seduce her and make her the "Good Girl"! You forget that Jeanette herself says that they did seperate them both, (locked her in an Asylum about to do an medical proceedure on her) but Therese "escaped" and met up with Jeanette again. As Jeanette reminds Therese that the first thing she did was escape and meet up with her; I think Jeanette managed to get out of the Asylum and kept on the run for a while.
Humm... Thats a point...
Interesting in any case.
