I found it, did kind off a detour for the painkiller quest at the beginning, now I am playing as a female but if I had chosen male could I have developed boobies with that item ?

Please tell me yes OwO, don't spoil me if there is a quest further in where I'll need it tho !

You're a Vampire, you can't take human medicine, so sadly no. Also, I might be wrong, as I'm just on my 2nd playthrough, compared to all the people on their millionth playthroughs; but All medicine, watches, rings, etc. are just sold for money. I think Mercurio's quest is the only quest that requires an item like that. It might be different if you mod the game, but with just the unofficial patch, that's how it works.

Almost all of the misc items in this game are just for selling cash. So no, your male vamp won't be getting boobies :D.

I think if you type Money1 Money 2 or Money 3 in the console it changes boobies size
