Dementation vs Dominate

In dialogue, are there the same number of options to use these disciplines (assuming they're at the same level) or does Dominate have more oppritunities to use it in speech, or vice versa?

I think dominate has more but i'm not sure...

I think dementation goes up to level 3 in conversations and dominate goes higher.

I could be entirely wrong though.

Roughly the same, I believe.

Dominate has a few more conversation options, but they are both equal in my eyes, neither one does diddly squat to vampires.
