How to lower Music Volume or Turn it off completely?

I recently tried doing a Let's Play of this game on YouTube and got about four or five episodes recorded and uploaded before I had to switch to a new PC and like an idiot didn't bother looking up to see where the save files were located and thus lost my progress. I'm now about to start the whole Let's Play again from the beginning however this time I want to avoid the issue of getting my videos Content ID Claimed, as some of the original videos were because of the music used in the game. I'm also using the Unofficial Patch which I know adds some music and changes some music.
What annoys me about the game is in the actual game options on the sound tab there is no way to lower the music volume or disable the music. How can I achieve both of these? I noticed at some points and in some areas of the game the background music is incredibly loud and drowns out the character dialogue, so want to adjust the volume down on the background sounds. I also then want to disable all Licensed music from playing in game, because I don't want to accidentally record something that will get my videos claimed or possibly copyright striked when uploaded to YouTube?

To disable the licenced music it will probably be enough to just rename the sound/music/licenced folder. To make the rest not as loud you'll need to edit all text files in the sound/schemes folder.

Id just disable all music just to be sure. YouTube can be pigheaded at times.
