Are there male blood dolls for homosexual male vampires?
Just curious how this background works...

Yeah but with enough Seduction, you can seduce that guy regardless of gender.
I think OP is asking about the homosexual history and what it does.
And i'm curious about it too, i can't find online what exactly it does. Is it roleplay only or does it have some actual effects?

It changes the intro scene and stops from sleeping with the wrong gender, nothing more.

I never said it's not fair. I just said that the male blood doll in Red dragon isn't exclusive to homosexual history. Any history can seduce him. I was wonderimg what is exclusive to that history. And now i see. Thank you. :) Cool detail to put into the game! And it's nice for roleplaying.

you could just change the models of the blood dolls to whatever. that's a little light labor, but its better than nothing.

rofl... thats gonna be my next mod project... right after i get console vclan to work from python... ; P

Wouldn't be complete without new dialogue and voice acting. Getting rejected by blood dolls in this game is one of the most hilarious things! :steamhappy:
It would be a shame to miss the opportunity to add some new dialogue, both from the player and the new blood dolls for some hilarious interactions. :steammocking:

yeah but im too lazy to do new audio. so i made a quick model swap demo of the bd's and pros. that worked fine. but then i loaded the vanilla audio up and ran it through a pitch and reverb filter. pitch was okay but it sounds canned and too effeminate... so i decided not to upload it.

then i uploaded it anyways...

Is this a general mod or do i need to select the homosexual bacground for it to work?

Also, what patch version, how to install etc.?

its a general copy/paste/overwrite mod. so you don't need to be female or have the gay male history for it to work.

copy the model and audio folders from the doll folder to your directory. overwrite as needed.

it should work with any other mods/patches. even vanilla. bearing in mind your overwriting the blood doll and prostitute models.

i included the back ups for the models and audio too so you dont have to scrounge. so once your done with it or you want to play a straight male, you just drop the files from the back up folder into your directory.

It makes the game really hilarious lol!
I loaded up a recent Ventrue file.

I went to check out every club and see the responses.

In Asp Hole, the guy there "turned me down" with the line:
"I'm not gay but i'm willing to learn."

But my character is male LOOOOL! :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

The pitched down voices sound weird, but yeah, that's about the best you can do without re-recording the dialogue.

There's potential here, though, i'm not sure about the demand. :steammocking:

yeah its because the scripting. like wesp mentioned, the blood dolls are scripted to be bi-sexual females. so they always perceive male characters to be hetero/bi-sexual regardless.



i almost scrapped the whole thing cuase i was afraid it might come off as offensive to the lgbt community. im surprisingly pc sometimes...

but i was listening to the sound bites and there was this one that just gave off this "to wong foo" vibe... so there it is. people will either appreciate it, hate it or not even give it a second look.
