Why do the Anarchs believe in a structureless society...
If Vampires naturally get weaker as their generation increases? I mean, wouldn't it be natural for Vampires to be ruled by the stronger, upper class, since, unlike with humans, the higher - tier vampires who sire them are literally smarter and stronger than them in virtually every way possible unless they diablerize them? Wouldn't it be literally impossible to have a Vampire society where everyone 'does their own thing' if there's a natural structure like the Camarilla's?

I don't think the Anarchs believe in a true structurless society, they have Barons after all. But maybe they fear that really old elders loose touch with the modern world...

The Sire is supposed to instruct the Childer, just like a parent teaches a baby. But at some point this relationship can't continue the same way. Nines did't have a sire either, as Jack explains.

This is off topic from the OP, however, I think it is interesting that Therese is supposedly the "Baron of Santa Monica" and yet she aspires to become a Camarilla Prince of that domain at least, while Jeanette sides with the Anarchs and Tourette plays both sides of the fence. Just saying.

As far as the setting in Bloodlines goes, LA is pretty much divided between Camarilla and Anarchs who are tolerating each other as the beginning cutscene shows. So while Therese might want to be a Camarilla prince one day, as long as LaCroix is there she has more power being a Baron.

Anarchs do as a whole DO NOT believe in a structureless society in VTM tabletop, they believe in a society where person individual power is not the deciding factor of society, politics and policy. BIG difference. They want a society where the lowly 13th generation neonate vampire can have a say in how things are run where he dwells, they want policies where whoever is in charge isn't in charge just because he's some two hundred year old fart with Fortitude 6 and dominate 5. They want a modernized society not clogged down by rituals, traditions and superstitions that are completely at odds with the current world.

Beyond that Anarch have no problems with a structured society where yes, some people are in charge.
