Available memory less than 15MB!!!-1

This is the message i get when trying to play this game, anyone know how to fix it?
BTW I've got 16Gigs of ram, and a metric ♥♥♥♥ ton of HDD space, kinda sucks because I bought this game a month ago and only now tried to play it so cant refund.

The specified module could not be found:

Have you set the launch options via properties? Other than re-installing the game and patch, then doing the option I listed below, I'm at a lost.

if you didn't: (copied)
•Adjust the game's launch options by doing the following:
- right-click on “Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines” in your Steam library
- select Properties
- on the General tab, click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
- IF you've got the Unofficial Patch installed, type this instead:-game Unofficial_Patch
- then click "OK”

And somehow IF that doesn't work then maybe try seeing if the solutions on this thread do?
