Can't open door

I'm stuck in tutorial, because I cant open the door. I already restarted the game with a new character, but I still cant open the door. Can anyone help me please?

Which door do you mean? The one with Jack standing beside it? Just wait a bit until the open door icon appears...

Did you speak to Jack?

If you start a new Patch-game with any pre-patch save games present (you don't even have to load them, or look at them) the tutorial doesn't play properly

I had this problem too. I solved by building another character and skipping the tutorial by choosing the option that I don't have time or something like this. So I skip the door part. The drawback is that you start without a lockpicking tool, but that's fine, just buy it from the pawn shop. By the way, lockpicking is an essential part of this game, so you better buy the tool as soon as possible.
