When the combat starts, don't say on the balcony overlooking the arena. Run back through the tunnel, turn and ready your sword. What happens is the brothers jump up to the balcony, and run into the tunnel-one at a time. This gives you the advatage of not having to fight them both, and you can get in some solid hits before they back off or you disengage and back into the entrance of the tunnel. You will have a few seconds to heal, and get ready for the next round.
Sometimes, the brothers will jump back to the arena, trying to lure you down. Just run out to the balcony, then back inside the entrance. They will eventually come after you, into the tunnel, where you can whack on them.
It does take time to kill them both, but once you've gotten one down, the other goes quickly.
Yep that tunnel or the stairwells.
Tried this, the one brother at a time still kills me in 5 hits.
