Dead Ex/ Snuff is enough bug glitch

So, I was doing the former quest, when I got stuck on site in the snuff film mansion. I flipped the switch next to me, which played a fuller scence, and then transported me to Isaac's office. He talked to me, gave me the new quest and once agin I was back at the mansion. STUCK! In short, press the tilde key, "noclip" out of the map and head to the offset, bright red room. Talk to Isaac again, then "noclip" off and walk out his door.

i played the game multiple time and just finished my run with brujah and i never had this glitch... @_@

What can I say? It happened. It seems no one else has had it either, hence why I posted this.
There are multiple people who've never had their leg amputated, but they don't go on support forums and say "Weird, that's never happened to me..."

are you using the unofficial patch this seems bugs out of the vanilla '-'

To be honest I have absolutely no idea. I downloaded the game a year ago, got it running then stopped playing it.

ahh... you're probably not using the unofficial patch. The vanilla game is completely broken due the nature of it's release and the death of the devs.
Take a look on the link below and download the patch. The windows and some antivirus normally accuses it to be a virus, ignore, it's a false positive.

late to the party...

after reading numerous fixes involving quitting this, deleting that, and otherwise farting around and making a mess...

...what worked for me was to walk past the courier and approach him from the other side.
no need for all that other stuff.
